Although the average processing time for each order is 24-72 hours, during peak ordering times super sales, and holidays the average processing time can range from 10-14 days.
Since we ship to the address that each person individually enters during checkout, we are not responsible for packages that get delivered to the wrong address.
Please remember to include a specific apartment #, unit #, or suite # if you know that your address requires it. If our shipping software indicates that your shipping address is missing this information, then we will place your order on HOLD, contact you via the email address that you entered during checkout, and request the missing information so that we can successfully ship your order.
